The Oil Parliament is likely to approve the oil and gas law during the current parliamentary session

On Monday, member of the Parliamentary Oil, Gas and Resources Committee, Sabah Sobhi, suggested that the law would be approved during the current parliamentary session, pointing out that
the law requires a political agreement. Sobhi told Al-Maalouma Agency,
“Discussions are continuing between the center and the region, as well as the oil-producing governorates, in order to legislate the oil and gas law.” He added,
"The oil and gas law is one of the most important provisions of the state administration coalition agreement," noting that
"the law needs a political agreement before proceeding with its legislation." He continued,
"Dialogues are continuing to find solutions to the most prominent controversial points, with expectations that the law will be approved during the current parliamentary session." Ended / 25 h
