Mutlaq to convene an extraordinary session of parliament to approve the amnesty

called on Deputy Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq to hold a special meeting of the House of Representatives to approve the amnesty law. and by the Deputy Prime Minister very much concerned about raising the parliament sessions until after the holiday Eid al-Fitr without vote on the adoption of the Amnesty Law.
He described al-Mutlaq , according to a statement issued by his press office, the question of the postponement otherwise justified, especially after he announced that the Legal Committee at the Council on the expiry of the formulations of the final of the law in question, which was keen to find a balance between the issues of fairness with the verdicts and detainees, and victims at the same time.
He also urged the Presidency of the Council of Representatives to bear the responsibility of the constitutional, legal and work on an extraordinary session of the Council during which the adoption of the law and bring joy to a lot of Iraqi families and eliminating them with the approaching of Eid al-Fitr.
He stressed that the "amnesty for those who sinned was not involved shedding blood of innocent people is a real opportunity to fix it provide him with immunity required from the slide and walk in the way of crime and terrorism. "
