1- We hereby attach a license to practice work as a limited exchange company under Article (B) in the name of Al-Labwa Exchange Company numbered (63) for the year 2024 granted to you in accordance with the provisions of Article (4) paragraph (2) of the Central Bank of Iraq Law No. (56) for the year 2004 and the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Law No. (39) for the year 2015 and the applicable controls and the company shall be subject to the control and supervision of this bank.
2- Approval to appoint Mr. (Najah Ghazi Aziz Awad) as Managing Director and Mr. (Imad Kazim Karim) as his assistant and Ms. (Nabaa Jaber Shamran) as Compliance Manager and Ms. (Lina Riyadh Hassan) as Director of the Control and Audit Unit and Ms. (Safa Hussein Abbas) as Director of the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Unit provided that they are fully dedicated to these positions and that they are not administrators in other companies and provide us with the minutes of the General Assembly meeting certified by the Ministry of Commerce / Department
