Kirkuk province's budget for next year of 500 billion dinars

The Deputy Chairman of the Board of Kirkuk on Thursday, that the budget for the province of Kirkuk in 2012 will amount to 500 billion dinars, at the same time criticizing the federal government for not granting the provincial councils wider powers to provincial councils.
Said Rebwar Talabani told the Kurdish news agency (Rn) that "the budget granted to the province does not lie in I said it or increase it lies in the granting of powers to us by the federal government in Baghdad."
He said: "We stress the need to give us more authority to serve the people of Kirkuk various nationalities where the Iraqi government is falling short on that side. " He added that "the budget of Kirkuk for the coming year 2012 will be 500 billion dinars at the very least," pointing out that "the province get the other amounts from the budget of the petro-dollar, and therefore we expect from the next budget to maintain between 500 and 600 billion dinars."
According to the numbers of the Iraqi government, the the financial budget for next year's $ 102 trillion dinars was the result of calculation of revenues from export of crude oil average price of $ 85 per barrel and export capacity of up to 2.6 million barrels per day, including the quantity produced and exported from the territory of Kurdistan and the amount of 175 thousand barrels per day, where will the oil revenues Development Fund for Iraq, after deducting 5% of compensation for Kuwait war.
The total investment budget of 37 trillion dinars and the operating budget 80 trillion dinars were distributed to institutions, ministries and state bodies of all, where will be the distribution of public expenditures according to the ratio of the population after excluding the allocation status of the Federal Ministry and the sovereign expenditure.
