Baghdad (news) .. The Director of the Industrial Bank of Mohamed Abdel Wahab, the need to work on the liberation from the constraints of the seventh item under Tailth Arzach Iraq.

Chapter 7 is a very BIG issues and imo we will not see much in the way of a revalued currency until it is lifted. Could they RV while still under it? well yes, but is it wise do to so when they do not have complete control over their own currency while still under chapter 7.
