In the context of his speech dealt with Fouad Hussein to changes in the Middle East and stressed the poor conditions of the Kurds in Syria with a review of efforts to organize and unify the speech Kurdish and ensure the rights of the Kurdish people under a democratic regime in Syria, and from this perspective shed light on the relations of the Kurdistan region with neighboring countries, especially the promotion and advancement of relations with the Republic of Turkey and the Islamic Republic of Iran.
