announced the Ministry of Water Resources announced the opening of a modern and sophisticated plant for plastic pipes used in the implementation of filtered Alambazl field, pointing out that the lab will contribute to the implementation of land reclamation projects throughout Iraq and the low cost compared Balmistordh pipes.
The ministry said in a statement issued yesterday that "the factory is a production line integrated included the production of plastic pipes perforated and laminated filter tissue and according to international standards."
and added that "the lab is equipped with all the hardware control of the quality of pipes and filters and provider system remote maintenance via the Internet, noting that "Plant is one of the methods and techniques of modern and sophisticated used by the ministry to continue and optimize the maintenance and completion of the reclamation projects of agricultural land as well as used in the implementation of Alambazl field for the whole of Iraq."
The director of a factory producing plastic pipes filtered Radhi, through the statement, "The production capacity of the plant of from 600 to 1000 meters in length of pipe per hour, "pointing out that" the production of these tubes locally will lead to a significant reduction in the cost of pipes compared Balmistordh which will reflect positively on the cost of implementation and quality assurance. "
The government has launched, in August of 2008, a comprehensive initiative for the advancement of agricultural reality in the country, and set a time limit duration of ten years to achieve the Iraq phase of self-sufficiency in strategic crops.
The initiative includes support farmers with seeds, fertilizers and pesticides, land reclamation and ensure the purchase of production of strategic crops at market prices, in addition to allocation of loan funds a variety of fund development of palm-based and new, the Fund of modern irrigation techniques and livestock fund, and a fund to support strategic projects, as well as lending fund small-scale farmers.
