The presence of the Vice President of the Parliament and the President of the region and members of the Legal Committee in the Parliament at the Parliament of the Kurdistan region. A statement by the Commission delegation on Monday that "the delegation gave a detailed explanation of the Commission's preparations for the holding of provincial councils and territorial plans that have been developed for this event." He added, "including operational plans, financial and information and to discuss the budget for the event with an emphasis on determining the deadline for the conduct, according to the law which was approved as amended recently by the president for the region." The statement said that "the two sides exchanged many ideas and opinions on this subject, where the President of the Parliament promised to the region in consultation with the Government to arrange a suitable date for the elections." He stated that he "was amended Law No. {4} for the year 2009 under the Amendment Act No. {21} for the year 2011 by the Parliament of the Kurdistan region of Iraq and approved the amended law, under the Presidency of the Kurdistan Region's decision No. 35 of 2011."
