Parliamentary regions are allocated 10% of the budget to the provinces to step back and refuse to ratify it

The Member of the provinces and territories parliamentary Mehdi Haji's "Twilight News" that "the allocation of 10% of the general budget of the provinces of Ainsjm with promises launched by the federal government to increase its powers, and this is a retreat back."
The Finance Committee of the House of Representatives revealed, earlier, for the federal government exceeded the powers of the provinces which are guaranteed by the Constitution in the general budget for 2012.
