Sack the Prime Minister Saleh al-Mutlaq of the office

The Iraqi government announced that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki fired his deputy, Saleh al-Mutlaq, an official from office.
The Legal Adviser to the Prime Minister Fadhil Mohammed Jawad in a press statement that Prime Minister al-Maliki officially sacked his deputy, Saleh al-Mutlaq has asked parliament to withdraw confidence from him as promoted in some of the media.
He added that Article 78 of the Iraqi constitution gives the right to dismiss the prime minister and his deputies, ministers and sends resignation to parliament for approval
