Shaker Darraji: the Presidency of the Parliament rejected a request for a number of deputies to cancel the holiday weeks
{Baghdad} Euphrates News Deputy for a coalition of state law to the Presidency of the Council of Representatives rejected a request for a number of members of the House of Representatives to cancel the holiday weeks.
The Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided Monday to postpone the meetings of the House of Representatives for two weeks for lack of quorum.
Shaker said Darraji told News} {Euphrates today that "some members of the House of Representatives had rejected the principle of disruption for a period of two weeks, the fact that the current situation of the country requires to continue to hold meetings of the Council of Representatives."
He added that "the Presidency of the House of Representatives rejected a request Hola, because the House of Representatives holds its sessions for a week and then disables the next week so that the deputies lose their provinces as the coincidence of New Year's Day holiday in the disruption of shares for two weeks."
Darraji denied that "the recent developments in the political scene, such as suspension of the Iraqi List, the presence of deputies and ministers to the meetings of the Council of Ministers and House of Representatives or the issuance of a warrant of arrest against the Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi, behind disrupt the work of the House of Representatives."
