House of Representatives rejected the mandate of the Prime Minister because of breach of the provisions of the Constitution. Vice Chairman of the Legal Prince Kanani said the proposal made by the independent MP Sabah al-Saadi after collecting a number of signatures of members of parliament will not be included in the agenda of the meetings of the Council of Representatives.
