Ways to improve security and the economy in Iraq - the second method
There will be brief as I promised in the way of the first to benefit more, God willing.
The second method is: tax environment .. This method combines dramatically improve security and to provide large sums of money to build the infrastructure of cities and improve services, and help maintain a better environment for Iraq and provide many job opportunities too.
Tax environment in place in many countries of the world, somehow, and paid monthly, or even a year down and one to twelve months, and this tax include all cause damage to the environment, according to the amount of this damage, it is possible to make theoretical studies and field broad and comprehensive in order to determine the coverage of large segments this tax .. which makes the cleanest environment in Iraq and make Iraq a better and more secure and civilized.
Here are some examples of possible tax coverage, the environment and applied to the reality of Iraq:
1 - tax environment for cars, vehicles, firearms: take this tax into account the amount of gases emitted by each vehicle, and this in turn would lead to
A - increase people's dependence on small cars and less polluting to the environment, which will reduce congestion in cities.
B - Reduce the number of cars used by the same family, which Asakhvd car prices and makes it accessible to everyone.
