Baghdad: Kuwaiti debt unrelated to the file exit from Iraq item VII

Baghdad 26 December (aknews) – the Iraqi Government announced Monday that a Kuwaiti debts had nothing to do with the subject of Iraq exit subject heading VII.
He said the Government's legal adviser, Fadel Mohammed Jawad Kurdistan News Agency (aknews) announced today that the "Kuwaiti debt file not included within the terms of item VII Iraq exit, because the issue was resolved with Kuwait by taking 5% of the value of crude oil in favour of kffg autonomous Kuwait."
"There are three files with Kuwait Iraq work best for their implementation, and is expected to come out in June from his international trusteeship, which centred on a huge item VII".
Jawad said that "it is very difficult to repatriate all Kuwaiti archives, because there is destroyed and stolen and also difficult to repatriate all remains of Kuwaiti prisoners Iraq has its utmost to return the natural relationship with Kuwait."
And the Iraqi Government announced Sunday that Iraq exit of item VII and will in June, the Security Council depends on the position of Kuwait towards three important files is the issue of missing Kuwaitis and archive, in addition to the two pillars.
The UN Security Council had decided in mid-January vote unanimously three resolutions concerning the lifting of the embargo on Iraq on the import of nuclear materials for peaceful purposes, and to cancel oil-for-food programme, as extended the immunity for damages imposed under section VII until the end of June.
After the invasion of Iraq has been subject to Kuwait under Saddam Hussein in 1990 for a series of United Nations action included being barred from importing chemicals and nuclear technology that might be used in secret nuclear, chemical and biological weapons.
And allowed the United Nations in 1996 to Iraq, in accordance with resolution 986, to sell oil in exchange for obtaining food, the so-called "oil-for-food".
