Maliki delivers Judicial Council against the new files Hashemi

The Supreme Judicial Council has issued a memorandum arrest warrant for al-Hashemi, on charges of involvement terrorist acts different after the arrest of a number of his bodyguards and the recognition of it by ordering assassinations weapons silenced, IEDs, and directly, and then returned the Judicial Council to issue a clarification stating that the defendant is innocent until proven guilty and issued a new statement of where he will be the five-year re-investigation of the case.
