Khalil said that "Iraqi budget still relies on more than 90% unilateral rent provided by oil revenues, and most ministries today is a producer and consumer cost the Treasury heavily in operational budgets."
Revealed the parliamentary finance committee, earlier, for the government to complete the final accounts of the past three years, indicating that it will reach the House of Representatives after the approval of the Council of Ministers, except the final accounts for the current year 2011.
He pointed to the role of Supreme Audit, describing him as "the active role which reveals many of the financial irregularities of the ministries and bodies in the final accounts."
The House voted at its thirtieth session, held on 20.9.2011 to the Law Office of Financial Supervision after the postponement of voting on it for several times.
