Erbil, December 27 (PNA) - saw the parliamentary economic committee member for the National Alliance Amer winner, Tuesday, that 2012 will witness a growing demand for real estate which leads to a significant increase in prices in Iraq.
The winner of the statement that "the housing crisis in Iraq have begun to increase their suffering and consecutive years due to population growth and strong demand for real estate, despite the development of fundamental solutions and strategic plans by the federal government to curb this crisis, but the state is still unable to resolve them."
He expected the winner to "testify in 2012 leaps and unexpected in real estate prices, not higher only, despite the entry of foreign companies to set up investment projects in the country, due to increased demand for real estate by citizens and the lack of supply, because real estate prices determined by the issue of supply and demand."
The real estate expert Ismail Abdul Hussein was likely to increase property prices in the coming years in the event of continuing failure of the state in solving the current housing crisis in Iraq.
