Economic Commission: 2012 will witness a big rise in property prices

Saw a member of the Economic Commission Deputy Amir winning that next year will see increasing demand for real estate which will lead to a substantial rise in property prices in Iraq.
He said the winner in a statement yesterday that the housing crisis in Iraq have begun to increase their suffering and consecutive years due to population growth and strong demand on the property, although put radical solutions and strategic plans by the federal government to curb this crisis, but the state is still unable to resolve them. And expected winner of that will be the year (2012) leaps and unexpected in real estate prices, not higher only, despite the entry of foreign companies to set up investment projects in the country, due to increased demand for real estate by citizens and low supply of it, because real estate prices determined by the issue of supply and demand.
Earlier, most likely real estate expert Ismail Hussain increase in property prices over the coming years to continue in the event of the current state policy in solving the housing crisis in Iraq.
Hussain said in an earlier statement to him that the policy of the state and the federal government is still unable in the process of lowering the prices of real estate and solve the housing crisis in Iraq due to lack of a clear vision of how to deal with crises that occur in the country.
He noted that there are many failures mar the process of construction and reconstruction of the country and the inability to provide the infrastructure lacking in most residential areas, which led to increasing property prices in cities with good services.
