Iraqi PM Nouri Al-Maliki is said to have put to work an offensive plan to contain the effects of the case of Iraqi Vice-President Tarek Al-Hashimi. The following 498-word report sheds light on his plan and tells what about its main points and what about its progress. It also tells whether Al-Maliki expects his plan to put an end to the crisis or not.

about a week ago maliki said he had a plan to fix every thing, imo it will be a majority gov and giving the provinces more power over there money and there contracts, and the fed goi take basically let them have more freedom so they dont demand to be seperated into regions and iraq will remain intact as a whole, and makein sure the kurds are well taken care of will be a big thing as the hcl and art 140 get full implimentain and passage..imo....and the investment laws get passed as well as the consumer laws...a lot of important laws that have stagnated by the iraqi list fighting any kind of progress, imo malikis plan to fix every thing wont include most of the iraqi list but some will walk away from allawi and join the white block and are already doin this, it will be a majority gov with majority votes, in iraq this is the only solution, because these people love to barter and fight leaveing no way for them to ever agree unanimous about any thing.....as far as ive seen theres only been 1 thing of importance they ever 100% agreed on and that was the troop withdrawl...majority gov an votes will allow major moves in progress and the economy all imo...tyvm carpy for posting this and all u do for us....BL
