2 - Dissolution of the Council is not easy as they needed to vote within the Council and approved by an absolute majority of the members of the Council at the request of one third, or a request from the Prime Minister and approval of the President as provided in Article (64 / I of the Constitution), commented: (replace House of Representatives, by an absolute majority of its members, at the request of a third of its members, or a request from the Prime Minister and the consent of the President of the Republic, may not be dissolved in the course of questioning the prime minister).
