{Baghdad} Euphrates News assesses the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq on Tuesday on the occasion of celebration of the evacuation of foreign troops from Iraq.
The Report of the Council presidency: "The office of Mr. Hakim will hold a ceremony on Tuesday sovereignty and independence on the occasion of the evacuation of foreign troops from the homeland, at the Hall of Shahid al-Mihrab in the Office, Baghdad / Jadiriya the second hour and a half pm."
The U.S. forces pulled out of Iraq completely by the agreement signed between the two countries, the end of 2008 and took effect beginning in 2009.
