The other hand decided to postpone the second reading Nujaifi to a bill to make treaties, submitted by the Committee on Foreign Relations on Saturday in order to allow sufficient time for discussion.
Meanwhile, the Council ended the second reading of the stamp duty bill, submitted by the Finance Committee.
In the interventions on the bill, suggested MP Hamid Buffy "The draft law includes a clause stating that the issuance of stamps in both official languages in Iraq."
He called Mahmoud Hassan to "identify the court competent to hear the case-law concerning non-payment of stamp duty."
The proposed MP Manal Hamid cancellation fees on transactions for the establishment of orphanages and the poor and organizations concerned with human rights and transactions for people with martyrs and political prisoners.
