confirmed the General Company for Post & Telecommunications of the Ministry of Communications restart the system, public telephones that are pre-paid smart card in Baghdad and a number of provinces. Said Samir Ali Hassoun spokesman for the ministry: the staffs of specialized public telephone system has been able to restore and rehabilitate and operate the system in record time after the receipt of the mainframe computer and complete the examination of laboratory equipment. That citizens can now make calls through these phones deployed in offices, universities and some of the ministries of smart cards used by the former being still retain Basaddaradtha and effectiveness. He called on departments and ministries and the private sector to submit their applications at the headquarters of the General Company for communications in order to set up public telephones in the departments.
