The bill provides that the death penalty will be punished by both the use of arms or any harmful substance or any other means to commit a terrorist crime to destroy or demolish, damage, or disable or disrupt system functioning or damage to buildings or property and public facilities allocated to government departments and the public sector and government and industrial facilities and private property.
The bill would remove anti-terrorism law No. (13 ) for the year 2005 and will apply the provisions of the Penal Code No. (111) for the year 1969 and the Arms Act No. (13) for the year 1992 and the Code of Criminal Procedure No. (23) of 1971 and the Law of Public Prosecution No. (159) for the year 1979 unless otherwise stipulated in this Law it.
