Talabani stick to the dialogue and the United Nations "stands ready" to bring the parties

Erbil, January 4 (Rn) - President Jalal Talabani Wednesday its commitment to dialogue between the political forces to defuse the current crisis in the time that the United Nations expressed its willingness to mediate and bring the parties.
The country's worst political crisis in the wake of the issuance of an arrest warrant for Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi and demand that Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to the House of Representatives dismissed his deputy, Saleh al-Mutlaq for the job.
Hashemi faces charges of driving death squads based on the confessions of a television to say that they are men of his bodyguards. Hashemi, denies the charges and says they are fabricated. While the request was to isolate al-Mutlaq, on the basis that it lacks efficiency and confidence in the office.
Hashemi and al-Mutlaq, leader of a coalition of Iraq's secular nature had reluctantly joined the unity government led by al-Maliki.
Iraqi and coalition says that al-Maliki seeks to dismantle it in the "liquidation" of opponents and rivals. Emerged strongly after the crisis days of the completion of a U.S. withdrawal.
A statement issued by the Presidency of the Republic Talabani as saying during a meeting with Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Martin Kobler in Sulaymaniyah that "the problems and complex issues .. can only be solved through serious dialogue and confidence-building between the political leaders."
Talabani was recently called for a national conference of all Iraqi forces to defuse the crisis that could push Iraq back into the midst of sectarian violence.
Talabani said in the statement which was distributed to the media by e-mail that he is making efforts "for the success of a comprehensive national conference supported by all the political blocs."
And requires the Iraqi coalition led by Iyad Allawi, Barzani and the presence of the cleric Moqtada al-Sadr and the leader Ammar al-Hakim of the Supreme Council for any conference or meeting.
Talabani and relied on the conference by saying that it "helps to find a suitable platform for frank and sincere discussions and constructive, which is intended to reach a comprehensive agreement to resolve all issues and problems radically and decisively."
On the issue of al-Hashemi, Talabani said that it should be decided by the judiciary in the matter away from political influences. He also said "the solution to problems come through commitment to the Constitution and the agreements signed between the political blocs."
Hashemi and fled Kurdistan after preventing him from traveling outside Iraq is unlikely to deliver the region to the government in Baghdad.
Talabani called on to "develop a new approach to work in Iraq .. and what can the United Nations to help the Iraqis by providing support and advice to the institutions of constitutional democracy and to uphold."
For his part, Martin Kobler said that "the international organization is ready to contribute to help the Iraqis to pass this historic moment and problem-solving manner that preserves the best interests of Iraq .. and the country out of crisis once and for all."
