Tohme said: that the Act works to entrust the power of appointments in the community service ministries to local governments after the distribution of opportunities for appointments, according to population ratios for the provinces .
Tohme called to allocate the increase of pensions savings expected from the increase in oil prices or increase production and give a monthly stipend for patients with cancer of the expected savings from increased oil prices or increase the production amount of at least 300 thousand dinars for each patient.
He stressed to feed the need to oblige the Ministry of Planning to complete the certification and approvals for the investment plans of the provinces in the time limit not to exceed the month of January of the fiscal year to provide the opportunity of time a broader ensure completion of the largest amount of these development projects to the provinces and to bring the implementation of investment projects of the ministries of service that do not exceed 10 billion dinars for local governments.
