Maliki: Iraqi ministers will come back and will miss will be replaced

BAGHDAD / ASWAT AL-IRAQ: PRIME MINISTER NURI AL-MALIKI, ON THURSDAY, THE MINISTERS OF THE COALITION IN IRAQ WILL RETURN TO CABINET MEETINGS AND WILL MISS WILL BE REPLACED WITH OTHERS, WHILE DENYING THAT THE ISSUE OF VICE PRESIDENT TARIQ AL-HASHIMI TO "POLITICAL CAMPAIGN."
MALIKI SAID IN AN INTERVIEW WITH THE SATELLITE "SUMERIAN" ON THURSDAY EVENING THAT "THE GOVERNMENT'S MAJORITY IS THE DEMOCRATIC ANSWER, AND WILL, EVEN THOUGH THE GOVERNMENT MAJORITY, FEAR OF ANOTHER", ADDING THAT "CRISES ARTIFICIAL WILL GO PEACEFULLY AND PASSED THE REST OF THE CRISES AND MINISTERS OF THE IRAQI SAUADON THE GOVERNMENT IS ABSENT WILL BE REPLACED."
HE MADE IT CLEAR THAT "THE NEXT STEP WILL BE NTFIEL GOVERNMENT PARTNERSHIP AND ENFORCEMENT OF THE CONSTITUTION AND THIS IS WHAT WE WORK FOR HIM," NOTING THAT "THE CRISIS ARE COMPLEX, INCLUDING THE POWERS OF THE PROVINCES, AND AUTHORITIES AND POWERS OVERLAP, AND WE HAVE DIFFERENCES AND PROBLEMS IN THE BUILDING,
AND ON THE CONSTITUTIONAL ARTICLE 140 AL-MALIKI SAID THAT "THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROVINCIAL BOUNDARIES IS AMONG THE DUTIES OF THE PRESIDENCY AND HE HAS TO COMPLETE THE PLAN IT, AND THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF PROVINCIAL BOUNDARIES AND THE SUBJECT REMAINS AT THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES."
ON THE ISSUE OF VICE PRESIDENT TARIQ AL-HASHEMI, MALIKI SAID THAT "THE ISSUE IS VERY NORMAL, NOTHING TO DO WITH TIMING, AND ISSUE A JUDICIAL FULLY AND THE ISSUE OF BLOOD WILL NOT BE COUNTED AMONG THE POLITICAL ISSUES, THE ISSUE IS UNRELATED TO QUALIFYING POLITICAL," ADDING THAT "THE BASIS OF STATE-BUILDING IS TO SEPARATE THE AUTHORITIES ON THE CASE HISTORY AND A BLOW TO THIS PRINCIPLE.
