Unknown gunmen using muted weapons killed head of the legal directorate at Baghdad provincial council Layth Ahmad as he was driving his car in Al Atifiya region, central Baghdad.
The Chemicals Chief at the Defense Ministry Major General Ali Kazem Mohayseb was killed as he was driving his car on Tuesday night in Al Bonouk District region, northeastern Baghdad.
Two soldiers were killed and a third one wounded in an armed attack targeting a military checkpoint in Al Jamiaa District, western Baghdad.
In Nineveh, a policeman was killed in a drive by shooting as he was entering a mall in Al Risala District, western Mosul.
