Kurdistan elections: certification of political entities middle of next May

Erbil Jan. 7 (PNA) - identified the Kurdistan region of Iraq elections mid-May the month of May as the date for the ratification of the political entities in preparation for elections governorates of Arbil, Sulaimaniya and Dohuk.

The Kurdistan Regional Government has set date (27.09.2012) the date for the elections the provinces of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, and took the decision after consulting the Electoral Commission for elections.
The system provides for certification of political entities that define the Commission time to accept applications for certification of such entities, and to accept applications before or after the specified period, and to make a political entity, request written for ratification according to the model prepared by the Commission and the order includes the full name of the political entity and the name of its president, address, contact information and signature and a copy of the rules of conduct signed by the head of the political entity and the filing of financial guarantees and a copy of the rules of procedure and logo of the entity.
And be approved by the entity if there is no fundamental lack of demand, to make it clear that the name of the political entity and logo identical to the name and logo of another entity, and that the ether name and logo of the political entity of hatred and violence or violation of public order, and that does not contain logo image of personal or religious symbols and military.
