Maliki: waiting for the return to Baghdad, Talabani's position, touches the National Conference

Erbil Jan. 7 (PNA) - Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki on Saturday, the National Conference will be held after the return of President Jalal Talabani, to Baghdad to finalize it, hinting at the possibility of implementing the agreements on the basis of the Constitution.
Maliki said in an interview with the satellite Sumerian "waiting for the return of President Jalal Talabani, to Baghdad to finalize the first and fundamental to hold a national conference," noting that "the conference will take a character driven, the executive power in both its Presidency and the Council of Ministers."
The al-Maliki, saying "I have a point of view will be announced with President Jalal Talabani and partners, is the presence of Council of Ministers and the political blocs and the blocks is winning the election, the Conference," stressing "the need to meet with the parties in the conference."
He added that "there is no objection to the implementation of the agreements made on the basis of the Constitution," adding that "the Constitution is the supreme document which we are."
He was president of the Republic and Parliament, Jalal Talabani and Osama Najafi agreed during a meeting held in the province of Sulaymaniyah in (2712/2011) to hold a national conference of all political forces to address issues related to governance, the state and develop solutions for it.
The political process is witnessing a major crisis, coincided with the U.S. withdrawal from the country, was to issue an arrest warrant against Vice-President, leader of the Iraqi List, Tareq al-Hashemi on charges of "supporting terrorism", and the Prime Minister a request to parliament to withdraw confidence from the deputy leadership in the list Iraq also Saleh al-Mutlaq, after describing it as "a dictator does not build," which prompted the Iraqi List led by Iyad Allawi, to suspend its membership in the Council of Ministers and House of Representatives, and submit a request to the parliament of no confidence in Maliki.
