House of Representatives discuss today the draft budget bill for the year 2012

Erbil Jan. 7 (PNA) - Iraqi Council of Representatives held on Saturday, 13 of its regular discussion of a number of bills, most notably the second reading of the budget bill for the state of public finances for the year 2012.
The agenda for the meeting of the day reading the second draft laws: the federal budget for fiscal year 2012, and treaties, and the Provident Fund Customs, and the ratification of the Republic of Iraq, the Convention on the economic and trade cooperation and technical cooperation with Britain and Northern Ireland, and the integration of Bank of the Socialist Rafidain Bank, and the villages of modern agricultural training center monetary and banking and lending to discuss the staff after a request from fifty-two deputies.
Also includes a table reading the first draft laws: Trade Bank of Iraq, and amend the Penal Code No. 111 of 1969 on Article 261, and the National Council for Reconstruction and Development, and the proposed law amending the election law districts, counties, and the proposed Appropriations Act of engineering and the first reading of the proposed law the Federation Council.
It also includes reading the first draft laws: private universities, and the third amendment to the Law Academy No. 3 of 1995, and the First Amendment of the Law of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, and amend the law on seizure of contraband No. 18 of 2008, and the ratification of the Convention on the organization of the provisions of electronic signature in the field of electronic transactions between the countries Arabic.
