Baghdad (NINA) – Law maker from Iraqiya slate, Ra’ad al-Dehleqee, announced that the meeting of Iraqiya leaders on Sunday evening decided to continue boycotting the sessions of Parliament and cabinet.
Dehleqee told NINA on Sunday, Jan. 8, “The meeting held on Sunday evening at Essawi’s residence decided to continue boycotting Parliament and cabinet sessions until Iraqiya’s demands are realized, in national achieving balance, release innocent detainees, putting an end to random arrests and perform genuine national partnership.”
Dehleqee added, “Iraqiya discussed the issue of expelling six law makers from Iraqiya slate who attended Parliament sessions, and there are two others being considered.” He did not name them. / End.
