Baghdad Municipality plans to open most of the strategic service projects in 2012

{Baghdad} Euphrates News announced the Mayor of Baghdad Sabir al-Issawi, the Secretariat for the determination of the opening of most of the strategic projects in the sectors of pure water and sanitation, environment and roads during the current year 2012.
A statement of the Secretariat of the Agency has received {Euphrates News} a copy of it for al-Issawi, saying that "the secretariat of Baghdad, will open in succession during this year's most strategic projects, which began rolling out in the past to solve the problems of lack of services and the citizen shall feel the effect derived from the completion of these projects once they had entered active duty ".
He added that "the most important projects that are open during the current year Rusafa giant water project, which is the largest in the Middle East and implemented through a coalition of Iraqi companies and the French to solve the scarcity of pure water in the capital, permanently securing the future needs of the city of Baghdad from the water."
He continued by saying "from other projects which will be inaugurated the expansion project's second water project east of the Tigris card {185} cubic meters a day and a project Municipal projects and terrestrial reservoirs and to expand the water governance and water project Qadisiyah," explaining that "the Baghdad Municipality will complete and open a number of projects sewage and wastewater treatment projects as well as complete systems of pure water and sewer for residential and shops opening a number of Almgesrat to solve traffic congestion in the streets of the capital, Baghdad. "
Issawi called the state institutions, civil society and all citizens to preserve the landmarks of the city of Baghdad, emphasizing the need to consolidate efforts for the development of historical places and heritage in the capital Baghdad.
He said al-Issawi to "a decision required all ministries to develop interfaces and restoration of existing buildings within the limits of the capital and work to add an aesthetic touch to it." Ended. M
