Directorate of Traffic: wait for the approval of higher authorities for the registration of vehicles temporary entry or Tsagatha

{Baghdad} Euphrates News Director-General of the General Directorate of Traffic, Major General Issam Kazim Hussein that his Directorate was awaiting approval by higher authorities for the registration of vehicles temporary entry to the conventional called "Almnafist" or permanent basis to work on Tsagatha.
And entered the country after 2003 following the economic opening up of thousands of used cars and relatively old, and the Traffic Department to register the car on a temporary basis as a result of large numbers.
Kazim said told News} {Euphrates on Monday that "there are correspondences continues to address the possibility of registration of vehicles that entered the country after 2003 and called the car Almnafist and recorded in the Department of Traffic temporarily or Tsagatha and register a car instead."
He added that "Cars Almnafist provisionally registered by the Directorate of Traffic in 2003 to criminal and regulatory reasons, and have had positive returns in a timely manner by adjusting the position organizational administrative and criminal."
"But today is Almnafist cars impede traffic as well as dramatically as older models are not available in terms of durability and safety," noting that "thousands of these cars roam the streets without the registration number or addresses of their owners." Ended m
