Erbil Jan. 10 (PNA) - said the Liberal MP for the mass of the Sadrist movement Jawad Alshahyla that the draft budget law to the Federal Assembly in 2012 can not be approved under suspension of the list MPs to attend the meetings of the Iraqi Council of Representatives.
The accused Alshahyla in a statement the Finance Committee in the House "not professional", saying it was "the cause of delay in approving the budget in 2012 so far," stressing the need for "with the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives a highly professional manner, especially as it deals with balancing the entire country ".
He guessed Alshahyla delay in approving the budget in 2012 "because of political differences," adding that "this will affect the approval of many projects and laws, as the financier of President of all institutions of the Iraqi state."
He stressed "the need to keep the interest of the political problems of the citizen", calling at the same time, "politicians to approve projects, even if the laws, including political problems, because the citizen to enter him in it."
The House of Representatives began a few days before the second reading of the draft budget law in 2012, not complete for several reasons including the lack of quorum of the parliamentarians present in the absence of the Vice-Iraqiya list because of their boycott against the backdrop of demands.
