Vice excluded from the Kurdistan Alliance National Conference of the incompatibility of the political blocs

Excluded from the Kurdistan Alliance MP Shaaban Birzad National Conference called by President Jalal Talabani, the lack of consensus among the political blocs.
The Birzad Shaaban told [where] the day that "Each block has a pre-conditions and these conditions are a major cause in creating the current crisis," adding that "those conditions is evidence of delayed."
The President Jalal Talabani has called for political blocs to a national conference for resolving the differences between the political blocs and it is hoped that this conference will be held at the end of this month in Baghdad.
