Deputy for the law: the only beneficiary of the budget is the province of Kurdistan because he Aieid surplus contrary to the provinces

MP for the rule of law Albzona Jawad, said that the Kurdistan region is the sole beneficiary of the financial budget because it takes Aieid appropriations and surplus end of the year contrary to the Iraqi provinces.
The Albzona, told {Euphrates News} "The Kurdistan region takes appropriations of ministries and of 17%, and the provinces also take allocations, each according to per specific," adding that "all provinces without exception not to exceed rates of disbursement of these customizations of 30%, whereupon therefore re 70% of these funds to the state treasury, but the province of Kurdistan Aieid any amount, even if he has a surplus of them. "
The MP pointed out the law that "the amounts returned by the provinces to the state treasury to contribute to fill the shortfall in the budget, amounting to around U.S. $ 17 billion in almost every year, and return the region in the next year to take appropriations again, amounting to 17% as well." Stressing that "the winner and beneficiary of the first and the last of the financial budget is a province of Kurdistan."
