Prime industrial assembly: the Iraqi economy, chaotic and in need of supportive laws

Al-Shammari said in a press statement yesterday can not be of the Iraqi economy in general and the industrial sector in particular, the promotion and development without legislation legally supported and organizes its work, noting that the Iraqi economy, "chaotic" and lack of strategic plans and supporting regulations.
He added that the industrial sector will not develop in the near future if you do not the laws that support it as one customs tariff and the protection of the domestic product, and consumer protection law.
He pointed out: that the new budget and set the foundations and frameworks to build the country's economy, but money does not stop without legislative regulations .
He pointed to the importance of activation of these important laws for the purpose of defining the direction of the Iraqi economy, is it a free market economy or a totalitarian.
He called for: to involve the private industrial sector with a year to take its role in the process of economic development of the country.
He revealed: that the financial allocations granted to the Ministry of Industry and Minerals for this year, very large, reaching more than (4) billion dollars, and would jump in the industrial sector to the advanced positions in the event acknowledged the necessary laws governing the work.
The Ministry of Industry and has developed strategic plan for the rehabilitation of laboratories and companies affiliated to the advancement of the industrial sector of Iraq.
