BAGHDAD / Nina / MP said the coalition of state law, Abdul Salam al-Maliki, Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki will go to Kuwait during the next few days, "armed with political will and popular sound."
He said in a statement to the Agency's National Iraqi News / Nina /: "The visit of Maliki is a good step to resolving the outstanding issues" and expressed his belief that the visit achieved positive results in mutual understanding with Kuwait.
He said al-Maliki said: "Call the Kuwaiti Prime Minister, which he sent to al-Maliki to visit Kuwait important because it will discuss all outstanding issues between the two countries and Abozorha issue of debt owed by Iraq by the policies of the former regime and a port of Mubarak and the rest of United Nations resolutions that have been taken against Iraq during the invasion of Kuwait."
He continued: "Iraq will carry the bag a lot of important issues that had to be on the Kuwaiti side to show the type of flexibility to Hlhaltha."
Kuwait called on Maliki to "support the new democratic Iraq in his political career, and that the convulsive attitudes of Kuwaitis by politicians for the purpose of the success of the visit and the opening of a new page in relations between the two neighboring countries, which have recently experienced a kind of uncertainty and tension."
He noted that "Kuwait is pushing to keep Iraq under Chapter VII of the UN Charter because it includes an item of compensation," stressing that it is very sensitive for the Iraqi people and must be settled. / End 5
