The top of the housing investment in the Kurdistan Region

Erbil Jan. 13 (PNA) - According to a census of the investment in the province of Kurdistan, the housing sector has won the last five years in the three provinces of the region, the bulk of the investments, the amount of the estimated eight billion U.S. dollars.
According to the statistics that "the housing sector received the largest share of investments from among 10 different areas since the first of August 2006 until January (January) 2011, an estimated $ eight billion 322.036 million U.S. dollars."
"The industry follows housing in attracting the largest proportion of investment in the region, winning three billion and 89,000,876 thousand dollars."
The statistics that the "121 local and foreign companies and joint investments in housing the Region, the 62 companies operating in the province of Arbil and 32 in Sulaimaniyah province and 27 in Dohuk, while investing 78 companies in the industrial sector, 35 of them in Erbil and 25 in Sulaimaniyah, 18 in Dohuk" .
He noted that the statistics "345's .302, including local and 20 joint and 23 foreign invested their money in Kurdistan region during those years."
The Kurdistan Regional Government provides many facilities for investors to run their capital and invest in the region
