Kurdish source reveals deep differences between Maliki and Barzani

A source within the beginning of the Kurdistan Alliance to why the Kurdish regional President Massoud Barzani decided not to attend the national conference held in Baghdad in the event due to the escalation of the differences between him and Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki.
