Khandan - Dr. Barham Saleh, President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, told reporters today in Sulaymaniyah 14/1/2012 it was time to hand over the government.
The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government that he had submitted his resignation to the President of Kurdistan region Masoud Barzani in September of last year.
