Abtan: National Conference will address all outstanding issues and will leave some for the next parliamentary session

{Baghdad} Euphrates News MP on the mass of 'Abdul-Hussein Abtan that the National Congress called for by President Jalal Talabani will not address all outstanding issues between the political blocs, likely to be deported to some of the upcoming parliamentary session.
He called on President Jalal Talabani to convene a national conference to Halhh the current political crisis and past differences and it is hoped to hold at the end of this month.
Said Abtan told {Euphrates News} on Sunday that "the differences between the political blocs have increased and deepened considerably so it is impossible to include all of those differences on the agenda of the National Congress is expected," adding that "some of the outstanding issues will leave to the next session of the House of Representatives for consideration it. "
He added that "the political blocs to now did not agree on the agenda of the national conference and what topics will be discussed and considered during the conference," calling the political blocs to "resolve their differences and agree on a common vision for these differences, but without being any breach of the constitution" .
Abtan He says that "most of what you are suffering from the political scene was caused by differences of agreements between the political blocs that were not compatible with the Constitution."
And witnessing the political process and the relationship between the blocks strained clear coincided with the withdrawal of the last U.S. troops from the country in the last month of the political differences between the coalition of state law, members of the Iraqi List, as it decided to list the recent suspension of its participation in the meetings of the Council of Ministers and MPs to protest what it called the policy of exclusion and marginalization, as well as the issuance of Supreme Judicial Council, an arrest warrant against Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi.
