He Darraji that "the conditions and new regulations require the inclusion of all Iraqi citizens, citizens of the loan except for the Kurdistan region," adding that "the age of the beneficiary at least 18 years and not more than 65 years."
The Darraji that "the beneficiary must have a piece of residential land on the face of independence or promiscuous cover the value of the loan amount covered by it," pointing out that "that piece must be at least an area of 100 square meters, is no less area of the building where about 65 square meters" .

It is noteworthy that Iraq is suffering a severe housing crisis due to the increasing number of its population, compared to the number of residential complexes, in addition to the inability of citizens with limited income from the construction of housing units of its own, because of the high cost of land and construction materials.
