Legal Expert: Maliki's dismissal of the powers of any Minister is absent from meetings of the Board

Said legal expert Tareq Harb said that the powers of the Prime Minister dismiss any minister fails to attend meetings of the Council of Ministers, and not for his work as secretary to the guidelines of Civil Service approved by the Iraqi constitution, and given that the Prime Minister is the executive body which is their implementation of all decisions which are subject the powers granted to it by the Constitution. He continued war in the SMC (Citizen) The minister is not a ruler, he is as an employee subject to civil service regulations, and therefore attendance at the time during which the official working of the Ministry. The war: that the moral imperative for the Minister to attend, and the performance of his duties as an employee, he shall serve the citizens and facilitate their work.
