A security source revealed the beginning of the issuance of the orders of Prime Minister and Commander of the Armed Forces Nouri al-Maliki, the relevance of all the security services and army commanders and the Baghdad Operations Command Benjlh (Ahmad). The source, who requested anonymity, told the (UR) that the orders were issued after the changes included a private office and the Office of the Commander in Chief of the armed forces, noting that the team Farouk al-Araji, the son of al-Maliki helps oversee the agencies and the military.
He explained that in conjunction with these orders and changes, the plan was developed by the security apparatus on the next phase, aimed to silence enemies and opponents of Maliki, especially in the provinces, which demanded the formation of the provinces, to protest what it called a policy of exclusion and marginalization exercised by the government against its citizens.
"And according to plan, the provinces have been identified that will be the scene of such activity are the provinces of Diyala, Nineveh, Anbar, Salahuddin, and areas of the southern belt of Baghdad down to the terms of Alexandria in the province of Babylon."
The security source said, the information published by the Agency (UR), on the death squads in the Czech Embassy, said that the Maliki government has contracted with the elements of mercenaries (Czech Republic) was, arriving in large numbers in coordination with the Czech Embassy, was to provide them with identities of diplomatic issued by the Czech Embassy and allocated them to the Maliki government vehicles carrying Iraqi figures were provided with weapons, explosives and seals clothing (uniforms Iraq), including the Red Alishmag and sensible.
