Experts: no preference for American companies in the development of production fields

Government Adviser on legal issues a contract between shell and the oil Ministry, indicating they have us officials for advice on ways of increasing the oil Ministry petroleum production without seeking American corporate preferences.

And the New York Times reported that "Iraq when he bids to rebuild and expand the country's oil industry two years ago, Russia's Lukoil won geo political historically winning a large part of tenders".

Analyst research firm and consultancy wood McKenzie, Alex Menton: that Iraq represents a tremendous opportunity for contractors, and expected to go half the 150 billion dollars expected that international companies invested in oil fields over the next decade, to sub contractors responsible for prospecting, mostly to the four American companies.
