A spokesman for the Iraqi Haider Mulla said in an interview for "Alsumaria News", Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki "has no real desire to hold any Iraqi national dialogue", blaming him and a coalition of state law, "the responsibility of postponing the preparatory conference."
Al Mulla said that the "dialogue of the Iraqi National Accord could not hold it not at the end of this month or even this year, 2012 is as long as Nuri al-Maliki as Prime Minister", saying "there is no real desire of the owners in any meeting or conference or a meeting of the Iraqi National Accord" .
