BAGHDAD (Iba) ... Started shortly before the meeting of the Council of Representatives of 15 of the second legislative term, headed by Osama Najafi and the presence of 204 deputies.
The Nujaifi may adjourn the meeting for half an hour to lack of quorum to convene.
The agenda of the meeting vote in principle a draft law amending the Penal Code No. (111) of 1969 for Article (261) and vote on the draft law on accession of the Republic of Iraq to the International Convention against Doping in Sport and vote on the draft law on accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention United Nations for the rights of persons with disabilities.
The table also vote on the draft law of the Fourth Amendment to the law of maintenance of irrigation and drainage No. (12) of 1995 as amended. And vote on the bill reward faculty members and education. (Committee on Education, Commission on Higher Education and Scientific Research and the vote on the bill Redemption Fund money Iraq and compensations and vote on the draft Law on the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities and vote on the draft law regulating the provisions of the nomination for President of the Republic and the provisions of the selection of one or more deputy to the President.
It also includes the continuation of the meeting discussing the draft law of the federal budget for fiscal year 2012. (End) ..
