Baghdad (AIN) –The head of the Iraqi National Alliance Ibrahim al-Jaafary met the Premier Nouri al-Maliki and discussed with him the latest updates on the Iraqi scene on Monday.
A statement by Jaafary’s office cited “Both Jaafary and Maliki discussed means of settling crises that hurdle the political process in Iraq according to the national priorities.”
“Both sides emphasized that building the Iraqi personality and upgrading the Iraqi citizen should be the first task for the Iraqi government so that Iraq will be a model for the other States of the Region,” the statement added. /End/
